If you feel you need some support to lose weight, we'll look into your thoughts, emotions, and habits as well as the food you eat and the way you move your body to ensure fast results and lasting success.

My hypnotherapeutic approach will work beautifully on its own, and also fits alongside any established diet plan you choose to use. Believe me, I've tried them all, so whether you're counting calories, points, or Syns, making up shakes, or going Keto, I can tailor your hypnosis plan to suit you.

Individual sessions may be booked, but most clients find that they benefit from at least 6 sessions to see really great results.
